Prices and delivery charges

The prices of the items listed in the online shop www.memoryflame.eu are quoted in euros (€) and already include 22% value added tax. Prices are valid until cancelled. Shipping costs are borne by us, except in the case of returns.

The GLS courier service also offers cash on delivery. The customer has an additional shipping charge of 1€ when paying COD.

In the event that the package is correctly dispatched and is not collected by the addressee within the agreed time limit set out in these General Terms and Conditions, the addressee will be charged an additional re-shipping fee in the event of a re-shipment.

The above shipping charges are valid for domestic traffic within Europe.

Payment methods

COD: Cash on delivery allows you to pay for the product only when it is delivered to your home. You pay the person who delivers the product. For us, the delivery is made by the Slovenian Post. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, the courier service will charge you an extra €1.

CARD PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay. Please select the type of payment card from the payment card menu in the payment method selection step. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment card payment environment (Stripe). Enter the cardholder, card number, CVC code (three-digit number on the back of the card in the signature area) and card validity. You can choose this payment method if you are purchasing as an individual or as a legal entity.

Some cards also require an additional 8-digit SecureCode or Passcode number, which is generated using a portable reader. We do not store credit card numbers for future orders. You will need to re-enter it again when you make another purchase. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card in connection with a purchase, please follow the instructions set out by your credit card issuer and notify us immediately.

PAYPAL: You must first log in to Pay Pal and create your profile/account. In the online shop, the system will ask you for your payment method before you place your order. Follow the steps.

14 - Daily guarantee

When purchasing through the online shop www.memoryflame.eu, if the customer is dissatisfied with the products ordered, he/she has the option to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of payment of the invoice. In this case, the buyer must inform us by email or phone number, where we will agree on the next steps (return of the product to the company and refund of the money to the buyer).

Complaints and disputes

Erik Pečovnik, s.p. is liable for material defects in the goods sold or other goods in accordance with applicable law.

The online shop www.memoryflame.eu accepts complaints at the e-mail address info@memoryflame.eu and will resolve them as soon as possible.

In accordance with the legal norms, Erik Pečovnik, s.p. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent to settle a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.

Protection of personal data

We understand that the privacy of visitors and customers to our online shop is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we guarantee 100% protection and security of your personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act.

By making a purchase, you agree that we store your personal data and use it exclusively for internal archive purposes, statistics and to inform you about new products and offers. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent.

You may request in writing at any time that we temporarily or permanently stop using your data for direct marketing purposes within 7 days.

Final Terms

When making a purchase, the user of the online shop www.memoryflame.eu confirms that he/she is fully aware of the General Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.

In the event of any disputes, both parties are committed to an amicable solution, otherwise the competent court is the court in Maribor.

We reserve the right to make changes and errors in the prices and the written text.
